Will we be able to introduce our own minor characters to help advance the story of our characters? How will death work; if you do die that is. What sort of inventory are we allowed to start with, when this does start? Can our backstories give us significant advantages in this city? Will there be magic?

1st. If you'd like, feel free to introduce minor roles in order to advance the story of your characters. I have no problems with that.
2nd. I've begun to work on the whole death system. I'm thinking if a character dies you'll be unable to make another character for about a week or so. Something like that. Of course you'll have to change out your stuff and what not.
3rd. Inventory? Give me a second to get back to you on that one.
4th. I would like to get started as soon as I've created the places and have proper templates laid out. At that point it'll be open to roleplaying.
5th. Check the Government tab on Gusto Grotto. You might have your answer there. If things like that can happen you will definitely have your answer.
6th. Yes, but I'll more than likely be using a magic rule guide that helps out mages and such. Let them know what's good and what isn't.

Ok do characters with alternate personalities count as one character or two in your case, given they that have a completely different skill set than their original persona? Also would you prefer that each sub character we make have a separate individual profile or do we keep it all under one profile which be used for the main and sub characters we create?

That's a pretty good question and here's how I'm feeling about it at the moment. Characters with alternate personalities are fucking bombtastic, and I'd like to see a great deal of them make their way into Justice city. If anything, I would rather you just use the same profile to prevent any confusion. It's also best for the staff's organizational purposes. Yeah, definitely just use the same profile. It'll be easier that way.

I really would like to see a good fighting system, something that is not to struck but not to wild to whereas mofos are destroying whole city blocks in seconds. I assume you will give us our freedom when it comes to character creation. an it would be really nice if their was a way to revive a character upon death. I also request lots of action and many different story line events and minor storys to progress our character and earn money. I am sure you have thought of all this but I am just saying >_> it also would be really cool to have a moral meter

The only restriction I can really say is make your characters with some common sense in mind. Not to say I won't welcome joke characters(Anyone who knows me knows I love those) but let's keep it cool here.
